Clear expectations before you book
A calm lesson starts with clear communication. Here are the main booking, pickup, safety, and package policies for students.
Booking & Scheduling
- Lessons are scheduled based on instructor availability and student location.
- Online booking requests are confirmed by phone, text, or email before the lesson time is finalized.
- If you cannot find a suitable time online, contact us and we will try to help.
Pickup & Drop-Off
- Pickup and drop-off are available within our service areas.
- Pickup location is confirmed before the lesson.
- Locations outside the service area may require separate confirmation.
Road-Test Support
- Road-test support depends on instructor and vehicle availability.
- Students should confirm the ICBC road-test time and location before booking test-day support.
- The Road-Test Package includes a warm-up lesson, use of the school vehicle for the test, and local pickup/drop-off support.
Cancellations & Changes
- Please contact us as early as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule.
- Late changes may affect availability for the requested replacement time.
- Weather, road conditions, illness, or safety concerns may require a lesson to be rescheduled.
Student Readiness & Safety
- Students must bring the proper licence or learner permit for each lesson.
- Lessons are taught with safety first; the instructor may adjust route, pace, or lesson plan as needed.
- Students should arrive ready to drive and avoid anything that could affect safe driving.
Pricing & Packages
- Package lessons are 90 minutes each unless listed as a single one-hour or two-hour private lesson.
- Road-test support is included only where clearly listed in the selected package.
- Questions about the best package can be discussed before booking.
